As the head of learning and development at Condor Green, I am deeply committed to contributing positively to our communities and youth education. Initially skeptical about Compass Consulting's role in our operations and thinking we could manage independently, my views changed after meeting their team, especially Johan. Johan's expertise was evident, showcasing Compass Consulting's dedication to any task, regardless of size, and their exceptional commitment to quality. Working with them has not only enhanced my skills but also streamlined our processes and enabled us to tackle large projects with ease. Have A Question?

What does a company need to spend on the BEE skills scorecard?

This depends which industry the company is in, but generally a business needs to spend between 3 – 6% of their total payroll cost on training interventions. and roughly 0.3% of their total payroll on disabled training interventions. A large portion of this funding can be recovered, as explained in more detail our blogpost here.

How many learners does a company need?

Generally, companies need to support learners equal to at least 2,5% of their current headcount, rounded up. This can be a combination of unemployed and employed learners. A large portion of the funding to support this training can be recovered, as explained in more detail our blogpost here.
